Before We Arrive

 

We are looking forward to serving you this week! If you have received a day and time already, please note that the time listed on your initial scheduling email is subject to change. Your confirmed time will be sent via email and text by 9am the day before we arrive. If the initial DATE provided does not work for you, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid any rescheduling fees. As a reminder, you do not have to be onsite for our technicians to perform your service.   

Here is some important information to make your appointment go as smoothly as possible:  

Prepare the area

Please ensure all vehicles, outdoor furniture, pets, etc. are secured away from the service areas before we arrive. This will help our team move safely and efficiently. All windows and doors should be sealed prior to our arrival. Roll up a towel on the backside of any door that tends to allow water in the house. All furniture and potted plants should be removed or covered. If for some reason some of our soap gets on your windows or vehicles, we will rinse it off before we leave. All exterior outlets should be unplugged and covered. Our technicians are trained to clean around exposed wiring, cameras, flood lights and electrical boxes. These areas present possible electrical issues. Please make sure that those areas are safe (closed/turned off) to clean and if you do not want them to be cleaned around, please let us know before your service. We assume your home is safe to clean and are not liable for damages caused by water.

For your convenience, our technicians will remove item(s) left on your deck, porch or around the house when they arrive. The charge is between $20-$50 (depending on how long and heavy the items are) and will be added the day of your service if necessary. Please note that our technicians will NOT remove anything over 50 lbs. They will simply work around those items. We have learned that heavy items are more susceptible to damage and likely to cause back injuries to our techs. 

 

Limitations of cleaning

We are unable to guarantee 100% removal of non-organic matter. This includes but is not limited to: oxidation, clay stains, excess mortar debris, paint residue, oil stains, and rust stains. If the exterior of your gutters are being cleaned (included in a house soft wash) please be aware that older, unmaintained gutters may be oxidized, leaving behind a faint gray appearance. If so, your technician will notify you. We do not treat for wildlife and are not equipped to guarantee the removal of insect or bird nests. We rinse thoroughly but occasionally the odor of our cleaning solution may linger for day or so. This will fade with time and after the first rain.

 

Safe working conditions 

For any on-site add-on services, technicians require all areas to be safe and accessible to perform the requested work.  

 

Water

We connect to your exterior water spigot as needed to complete the service unless you previously arranged for water to be provided by us. 

 

Rescheduling  

Please note that there is a $25 rescheduling fee for changing the date of your job within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.  

 

Cancelation

There is a $50 cancelation fee for canceling your job within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel the day of your scheduled appointment, we will keep the deposit paid to secure your spot on the schedule.  

 

Our quality guarantee

We take pride in our work and strive to provide quality service in everything we do. While there are limitations to what we’re able to do (as noted above), if you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know and we will do our due diligence to make it right. 

 

Tipping

We view tipping as an expression of gratitude and celebration of excellent service. Our team members are paid well and not reliant on tips. We appreciate tips but they are never required. If you wish to thank your crew for providing excellent service, please feel free to do so via cash or check on site or call our office and we can add the amount to your final invoice.

 

Payment 

Payment is due upon completion of work. Please have check, cash or credit card information available on the day of service. For your convenience, the remaining amount of your invoice will be charged to the card on file automatically upon completion of the job. If there is no card saved, our technicians will send a secure link.
